Alun-Alun Bandung, Indonesia: A Favorite Place for Street Photography
5 7 Share TweetFor everybody who loves to walk around and snap a picture, this is the right place for you!
Bandung is the capital city of West Java province in Indonesia. Actually the city is also known as Parijs Van Java! The city known as the city of flowers and paradise for every shopper. Alun-alun means downtown, and this district has a lot of historical buildings, like Gedung Merdeka and Gedung De Vries. One of my favorite buildings is Gedung De Vries!
The building used to be kinda supermarket, now it becomes a bank. De Vries was the first store to provide toilets for the visitors. Across this building, there is Gedung Merdeka.

This building has historical value for my country, because the Conference of Asia-Africa was held here. Not far from this building, there is a place for citizens to read newspaper freely!
There is a park near the mosque and people often buy some snacks, playing with their children, or just sitting enjoying the view.
I love using the bridge for crossing the road, because I can find some nice views:
And maybe I just randomly shot objects that were interesting:
Near the mosque, there is a place known as electronic center. It’s ABC street!
