What started a few years ago as an escape from Borough Market's high rent prices has become London's funkiest street food market. Hungry or not, you will definitely find something to enjoy here in Maltby Street Market.

    Whitstable Oyster Festival

A great reason to visit Kent's seaside in case you haven't been there before. For a lot of people, it’s hard to imagine that there is the possibility of a beautiful seaside life in England. Well they are wrong, because there is such a thing!

    The Prospect of Whitby Pub

The oldest riverside inn in the UK, The Prospect of Whitby was founded in 1522 and is the UK's oldest surviving riverside inn. The original flagstone floor survives and the pub also has a rare pewter-topped bar as well as old barrels and ship masts built into the structure. Most areas of the pub have spectacular views over the River Thames, including the beer garden and first floor balcony and terrace.

Hout Bay Fish Market, Cape Town

A fish business initiated from a converted bus. First, you see the ocean and hear seagulls. Then, you feel a strong fishy smell. This is it, the Snoekies Fish Market. Founded in Hout Bay sixty years ago, it still serves fresh seafood and “fish and chips” meals in their cafe.

    Avondale Vineyards, South Africa

Avondale, South Africa's only organic vineyard. "Terra Est Vita" is Avondale's slogan, which means "Soil is Life". As a big fan of organic and bio dynamic wines, I couldn't resist visiting South Africa's only organic wine producer.

    Bay Harbour Market, Cape Town

Bay Harbour Market, truly organic and creative! I heard a lot about The Old Biscuit Mill Market of Cape Town, but I was glad we went to Bay Harbour Market instead. It truly has a community spirit and a very relaxed atmosphere, with almost no tourists at all.

Le Saut du Loup restaurant, Paris

One of the most spectacularly located restaurants in the entire world. It was our last few hours in Paris, and we were desperate to dine somewhere around the Louvre. But it had to be a place which served Pomerol wine, there were no doubts about that. I didn't know why, but my partners did insist on that.

    Wepler Restaurant, Paris

Great wines and oysters in the darkest part of Paris. We were recommended to go to Wepler by some Parisian gallerist that I know. She assured me it was the best place for fish. Queues at the door upon our arrival suggested a gem, and that couldn't have been farther from the truth.

The Dock Kitchen: An Amazing Fusion of Food and Design in London

The place where you can eat and marvel at the exquisite design jewels. I was always a big fan of Tom Dixon's designs. You might think you don't know who he is, but you have definitely seen his iconic lamps everywhere - those reflective balls in bronze and silver. So after I've done some "Googling", I discovered that there is a restaurant above his shop as well. I just had to check it out.

    Pub: Route 196

A famous pub in the north side of Manila, Philippines. Route 196 is located near Blue Ridge Katipunan, Quezon City. Though this has been known as a gig place, it is definitely more than just music and drinks. It is the alternate route to great music, food, and art.
