Fall Persimmons

Persimmons on our tree in fall. Too bad they are not the same flavour as those in Japan.

Those look like the baking variety.

Really? Do you bake and eat persimmons? My father just likes to eat them raw except these ones are more bitter than the ones he remembers in Japan. I am not a fan of persimmons.
