In this world of ours, love isn't easy to find. But when you do, it's something you keep and pull inspiration from.

And inspiration is always good. It makes you create beautiful things that will eventually make you a better person. That's why this week's newcomer sure is a lucky one for getting inspiration from the love of her life! Love and Lomography? Just perfect! With this, please welcome this week's newcomer, martagra!

How did you find out about the Community and who/what convinced you to join?

I have always loved photography, but I hadn't ever heard about this Community until one friend of mine from the university, who is a photography lover too, showed me his Diana Toro with a Fisheye lens and told me about Lomography.

Any inspirations when it comes to taking film photographs?

Definitely, my boyfriend inspires me. I usually take photos of him. Portrait photography is the kind of photography which I like the most, and he's always with me so he's my favourite subject to shoot.

Any song or movie you live by? Please share.

I love Queen, Nirvana, Metallica, ACDC, Aerosmith, Arctic Monkeys... Maybe I'm and “old school” girl. My favourite song at the moment is “Mardy Bum” from the Arctic Monkeys, and I'm a great fan of Bruce Willis and the “Die Hard” movies.

As you have read the 10 Golden Rules of Lomography, what rule do you apply in your everyday life?

I always try to carry at least one of my analogue cameras with me, but I suppose that the rule which I apply the most is Rule #10: "Don't worry about any rules."

In this digital age, why still film?

Because of the long exposures, the bright colours, the film swaps... It's a creative, funny, and different way to experiment with light and photography. It has no limits!

What are you looking forward to in our Community?

Sharing my photos, my passion for analogue photography, and making some Lomo friends! :)

Your favorite analogue camera as of the moment? Why?

I haven't shared any album shot with it, but I think my favourite one is my Canon AV-1. It was my father's, and I have three great lenses for it. All my childhood photos are taken with that camera, and they're just wonderful. The second one is my Diana Mini: simple, small, cool, I love it!

From her favourite Lomography camera, the Diana Mini.

What is the Lomographic camera you’d want to have someday?

I'd want to have a Lubitel 166, an LC-A, and a Polaroid. I think those three cameras look very cool. The medium format photos taken with the Lubitel are amazing, and you have a lot of possibilities shooting with it -- you can do whatever you want. The LC-A is the kind of camera that I'd carry with me everywhere, I've seen photos taken with this camera that have left me breathless. And I need a Polaroid because I want to feel the magic of instant photography.

Your favorite section or page in our Lomography site?

The Magazine. I read on a daily basis all the sections of [it.] I think it's very interesting and one of the best ways to share our love for film.

Share your current favorite Lomograph, could be yours or a friend’s. Why?

My favourite Lomograph is my most popular Lomograph, too. I shot it with my boyfriend at the top of, in my opinion, the best view building in Madrid, with my Diana Mini. It's a double exposured photo and it's just lovely, looks very romantic <3
