Novo Concertante is a Manila-based choir that has been winning the hearts of many audiences in the country. I had the opportunity to be with them in the Cultural Center of the Philippines' Outreach arts-for-healing project called Kalinga ng Sining in typhoon Sendong-affected communities in Northern Mindanao. They are such a bunch of cool friendly people gifted with angelic voices. Listening to their songs was a bliss. Took photos of them during rehearsal for the memorial ritual at the now-infamous Broken Bridge in Iligan City. Doubled my shots with neon signs.
