Subway station Tierpark (opened in 1973, the only subway station actually located subway that was built throughout the country during the existence of the GDR (1949 - 1989), other "subway stations" were opened only on above-ground sections of the line)

A classic DTF (doomed to failure): the longer exposure times of this borrowed Leica M4-P (with a Leitz Canada Summicron 1:2/35mm) do not run down properly from about 1/125 second, the Leicameter is defective. Instead, I used a Selenium light meter from the 60s - without knowing if it still measures reliably. I left the exposure time at 1/125 sec and only varied the aperture. Because of these foreseeable "difficulties" I didn't want to use too expensive film, but the Fomapan 400 I used is not so keen on being pushed. I still used it as ISO 800 and developed it in Adox FX-39 II at 21 °C, 1:9 for 17:45 minutes. My plan (due to the rainy weather) was to photograph all the stations on Berlin's subway line 5 (U5). This worked out quite well, but the photos all turned out quite gloomy.
