Actually from Russia, but I moved to Germany for university. Started out with digital photography around 4 years ago. In 2008 got my Holga but didn't do much until summer 2009 where I took it to Amsterdam. Inspired my girlfriend to get a Holga as well. Then followed my dad's old Konica TC-X SLR, a Smena 8M I got in Russia at a fleamarket, a fisheye, a Lubitel 166B off ebay, a Diana Mini and a lot and a lot of film. I'm into travels a lot, so having a bunch of cameras definitely helps remember the best parts of the trips! :) -- I guess I consider myself a lomographer with thought, having struggled with all things perfection in digital photography; all in all this leads to me still shooting with the rule of thirds and thinking of composition, rather than just taking snapshots :) I also tend to give a more or less detailed description to each picture, because I think that the story of a picture is usually as important as the picture itself :)
