Unless it's 10 degrees or above I won't really consider going out but down in Cornwall the surfers are made of tougher stuff. With only his hands not covered by a wetsuit this dude wasn't about to let the fact that it was damn near freezing stop him from enjoying a session in the waves at Gwithian.
