An Afternoon with the Autocord II
Browse the dollar bin in comfort outside an old record shop on Queen Street West, Toronto.
First test roll of my father-in-law's old Minolta Autocord II. Seems to be functioning well, though it could be a little bit light-leaky because the cork, which would normally seal up the back near the take-up spool, has disintegrated. Will be running a colour roll through tomorrow to check that a little more. Home-processed black and white roll #11 (developer: Rodinal).
@clickiemcpete Yeah, I'm pleased. Some digging tells me this model is ca. 1966, and we're pretty sure it hasn't had a roll of film through it in over 30 years. Considering I wasn't all that sure what I was doing, I'm happy anything came out!
