Oak Bay Tea Party

Summer is officially here! Every year the Oak Bay Tea Party (first weekend in June) kicks off many Victorian's summers. This was a great day for a party too, beautiful sun and nice warm weather, a perfect day for some rides, dancing on the beach, and eating cotton candy.
