Hiroshima is a not Osaka, but it is still a good place to fill your belly with satisfying food. One one of the most fun specialties is the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki, where the dough is replaced with fried noodles, the rest is the same - eggs, cabbage, onions, pork, and you can add whatever you want - even oysters! Food porn at its best ! 🤤
In the Shitenchi district, east of the Hondori gallery, Okonomi Mura is a "yokocho" (a street food alley), except that this alley is... on three floors, overlooking the street, and to enter you have to go up a staircase or an elevator! inside, around twenty stands, each more welcoming than the other. we chose ours at random and here we go! 🤩
