Mayfest 2015 and Downtown Tulsa

I am not sure happened with this roll of PolypanF 50. It was shot at 50 ISO recently walking and shooting with @forceusr. I pushed it just a tad in development. And yet, it's way underexposed (these are adjusted by a stop or more) and covered in lines that I rinsed and did not go away. ugh.
