Winterbreak

In the German Bundesliga, the teams make a winterbreak. Sometimes a month, sometimes more. I have been in the Olympiastadion of Berlin a few matches before christmas and witnessed why that is: it snowed heavily. The referees then take an orange ball, so you can see it on the white turf.
