These are my "raw scans" I use as a starting point for further processing. Raw means scaned with SilverFast Software to HDRi raw format at full resolution of the scanner. Developed with SilverFast HDR Studio to JPEG - using Negafix film profiles, iSRD dust and scratch removal where possible and GANE grain- and noise elimination if needed. The images are scalled down during die "development" process to reflect the gap between the nominal resolution of the scanner and the much lower effective resolution the hardware provides (35mm to 6000x4000 px, 120 film scaled to 6000x6000 or 6000x4500 px). These JPEGs are imported to Lightroom for easier cropping, rotating and applying meta data. These Lightroom exported images are the real "raw" data I use for any further processing. Impressions from the Lippepark in Hamm. It is a recreation park build on the terrain and piles of the former coal mine Franz (Zeche Franz). Although it looks a bit barren like most of these places it's a nice place to be with children. The lovely @heikerk goes there often with her boys. *gg*
Pictures from a short "home shooting" in her tiny bedroom - the only room in her tiny appartment with nearly enough available light. A challenge with a 50 mm lens.
Something I havent't done very often. Slow film and working with fill flash. By far not perfect and I don't thing this will be my prefered style of pictures.

She is an actress and I have never photographed a person with an actor's training. It is astonishing how she can change her "mood" from one moment to the other. Laughing with the face and the eyes and the next second beeing absolutely stern. Very interesting. *gg*
Water on skin changes the way we look. In the shower or swimming we get a different point of view for the body and face. A bit like something washed away the mask.
Shooting with Caro in her living room. Unfortunately the contrast was too high to get really good negatives. Especially the Kodak T-MAX 100 is not very happy with the lightning conditions.
If I compare the world these kids live in with my world it's like beeing on a different planet. But everybody was keen to be photographed - and later on a bit disapointed that the camera had no display to see the photo. Film is not always cool stuff.*gg*
Images from a recent portraiture shooting with @fleurdebeurre from Hamburg, Germany. I love the almost tungsten like colors the Lomography F²/400 film produces under sunny daylight conditions. The warm tones create the unique atmosphere of these beautiful pictures.
A little experiment from the recent shooting with @fleurdebeurre. Please try to get really angry and I try to catch the emotion with the camera. I like the pictures. *gg*
