   @charliedontsurf Maybe Frans Hals liked Heinz beans! Actually Hals was an expert in painting shades of black, none of which were really black.

   @malcolm_tremain that would make them grey then:) I must say I really like these gallery shots, they are so well observed and the tones are lovely.

   @charliedontsurf Thanks Simon. Indeed they are all shades of grey but hs genius was his ability to make them look like shades of black and he did it better than Rembrandt.
