  I'm very proud of this picture. It's a picture from the first roll of film I took with an Meyer-Optik Görlitz Orestor 100 f/2.8 lens that I found at a thrift store in a horrible condition. You could not look through the lens at all because of all the haze and fungus. I took it home and without prior knowledge of repairing or cleaning lenses (but with the help of some instructions from the internet) I took it apart, cleaned it, and managed to reassemble everything. While the lens still shows some damage, it is clear again and I'm quite happy with the result. What a beautiful bokeh!

  Wanted a shot that matched the contrast of our tuxedo cat, Sonny. This shot tested my patience and took several attempts and the whole roll, but I finally got him to pose for me. Good kitty cat! Delta 3200 was used for this low-light situation, thus the heavy grain.
