architecture I
shared by bloomchen on 2013-01-29i´m so so relieved that i can take great shots with this cam!!! anyway i still don´t know the secret of it. i will now switch the lens and try to do the same things i did with this roll: pull the bellows really hard to the end, use a tripod. i guess all of you that already took great and sharp shots didn´t always use a tripod but amazingly i took 5/6 with a tripod and the only one without is blurry. btw: @LSI next time you produce a new cam pls leave me a personal message so i can tell you upfront things you have to consider concerning tripod socket thread, release, viewer,… - it´s my 2nd roll and i used a tripod for 5 shots and already a screw went through the hole in the aluminium and therefore it´s already warped :(((

entrance to some appartment in born
shared by bloomchen on 2013-07-05it´s in the middle of the city and just on the street. i guess in berlin those plants would be there for not longer than a week until some savages would throw them against the wall.

nightshots from a bridge
shared by bloomchen on 2013-03-01it is fun to do nightshots of highways. the results are always so different. this time i chose a velvia 100 but i must say the choice of provia 100 last time was better. but it could be that i exposed a little bit too long (max. 20 sec.) so the colours became a bit pale or better not so intense. this time police stopped by and asked what i was doing. i was on my way home from frisbee training and still with my jersey and a down jacket. so the one guy eyeballed me and he had this facial expression of: why the hell is this guy running around with running shorts + shorts and a polar down jacket and takes photos of car driving by.

mirrored slide
shared by bloomchen on 2013-07-25just in case you doubt: this is analogue and not photoshoped. it was at around 10:15pm and the water in this childs pool was really flat so it worked. i´m really really happy with the result.

Winter Solstice EBS
shared by buckshot on 2013-12-22First roll in my new LC-Wide, which was supposed to be my Christmas present to myself, but I couldn't resist unwrapping it a few days early ;-) Decided to go 'exposing both sides' with this, which was fun, but I didn't get the alignment quite right, so I cropped the sides a bit. The Lomography CN 800 film was pretty good for the redscale half, but less impressive for the normally exposed half, so I cut that out altogether on about half of the shots. The redscale side was exposed at 200 ISO on some shots and 100 ISO on others.
