I decided to revisit and reshoot the Didgori Battle memorial, where I had been this winter, just to see how it would feel in summer. Back then, the place felt like something out of a dark fantasy: gloomy, painful, chilling, and a tad unsettling. In summer, almost all of those feelings disappeared. It still feels like an immense place of power, but now it's much warmer and more welcoming. I think this film suited the atmosphere quite well.
