A Sunday in April 1991. Fire up the diesel. Pick up the cousin. Drive to the gas station. Fill 'er up. Then hit the interstate. The Bavarian Alps. Heading to the McDonald's in Rottach-Egern. Order 23 cheeseburgers. Pig out on that stuff. Chug a Coke, smoke a cigarette. Fire up the diesel, head back. Unlock the apartment after midnight. Crash. Back to the daily grind on Monday.
