    @steviedefer Almost none! I had just loaded a new roll of film and took a shot of the bird on the rock. As I was about to leave, the bird opened its wings and struck this pose, so I took this exact shot. That said, this is not the full answer. This rock is one of my favorite rocks, and I photograph it often, even when there is nothing on top of it. You might find other photos of this rock on my profile. I believe you have a much higher chance of getting strong images if you take photos, review and reflect on them at home, and then return to the same locations to capture better versions of the same scene.

In summer, the sun stays long and golden; in winter, the air turns blue and every shadow feels cinematic. For photographers, the city spans centuries, from the 12th century to modern skyscrapers.
