    @leahcook well it's rather simple, just set your camera on a tripod in a completely dark room, cover the light meter on your LC-A+, position your subject and have a flashlight ready, press the shutter with a shutter cable release and lock it, then go to your subject turn the flashlight on and trace around him with your flash light, then turn the flash light off and go back and unlock the shutter cable release. =)
