Water on skin changes the way we look. In the shower or swimming we get a different point of view for the body and face. A bit like something washed away the mask.
An album dedicated to the great Italian artist Osvaldo Cavandoli and his Linea. I drew a fgure similar to his one using Gimp image editor on my photos in black and white or in color and desaturated. Today begins the adventure of a new LomoFigure... stay tuned!
I'm a big fan of Cokin filters. Mostly because I was given so many and so many of their promotional booklets. They have all kinds of filters for doing multiple exposures. The one I used here is the Double Mask A 342. Two filters One with a black dot on clear resin. The other a All black filter is a little hole. In the booklets they recommend (in the 80's) you take a projector and photo graph slides you already had in order to create special effects. I just used a 32" screen.
Fancy is a 27 year old natural beauty from Taiwan. She visited me with her boyfriend at the end of November 2015 through couchsurfing. After I have shown her my pictures she was motivated to try to be my model. She had no experience as a model before. We did some fashion shootings first which were also great. But later the light was gone and we decided to do a sensual bedroom shooting. I mean it was more a peaceful cooperation between photographer and model than planned. Step by step she was more self-confidend and really offered all her wonderful soft beauty to my camera. Her boyfriend Vincent also helped me a lot to motivate her by showing her that he really loved what he was seeing. In total one of the most relaxing and perfect shooting I ever had. All pictures were taken with the Minolta Dynax 7 and the Sony Carl Zeiss Planar T* 85 mm 1:1.4.
A weeks ago I got a black Canon AE-1 Program. I gave her a cleaning and changed all the sealings. I wanted to test her because the Canon AE-1 Program was the first camera I owned when I was 18. This expired Kodak Gold 200 shows some pictures of Rueggisberg, a cat in my garden and a nice and not very known place of sandstone caves at the Belpberg which is very close to my hometown. I also tested new Canon FD lenses which I git also in December. The Canon FD 100mm 1:2, Canon FD 35-70 1:2.8 and Canon FD 100-300mm for the cat pictures. all lenses performed excellent.
