Base américaine/OTAN (années 1950-1960s) : Une importante base logistique américaine (Bussac General Depot) existait là, avec un embranchement ferroviaire pour le ravitaillement militaire. La base a fermé vers 1964-1967 (départ de la France de l’OTAN intégré). La voie a été abandonnée ensuite.

US/NATO Base (1950s–1960s): A major US logistics base (Bussac General Depot) was located here, equipped with a railway spur dedicated to military supply operations. The base closed between 1964 and 1967, following France's withdrawal from NATO's integrated military command structure. The railway line was subsequently abandoned.
