A short walk in Tbilisi takes you on a journey through centuries of faith, from Orthodox domes to Armenian and Catholic churches, a synagogue, a mosque, and the remnants of a Zoroastrian temple. With its famous sulphur baths, generous helpings of Georgian cuisine and wine, it’s the kind of place meant to be a quick stopover, but one that ends up captivating travelers for weeks.
