I went on vacation to Kaliningrad and brought my trusty Soviet rangefinder, the Zorki 3M, with me. It was a freezing cold day, but the sun was shining brightly. The Baltic Sea had frozen near the shore, creating amazing textures of ice and snow. I decided to shoot this winter wonderland on Kodak Gold. I love how the warm tones of the film interact with the cold blue shadows of the snow and the freezing sea. The film was developed at a local lab in Kaliningrad.
