Mesa Verde National Park, Colorado, 2023

Our youngest gave me a Fuji disposable camera and bottle of red squirty Kool-Aid concentrate as part of my XMas present in 2022. They also purchased the same for them. The goal was to both use the cameras and then we would soup the film togehter. It took a while to get to this place, but here are the results. We developed in CineStill's Color Simplified 2-bath chemicals at the end of our epic developing marathon last weekend. Development times were compensated for all the rolls that had come before. The canisters were soaked for 7-days in a soups of red Kool-aid, dish soap, splash of lemon, silica gel, and the remnants of some excellent kimchi that was in the bucket we used. I am quite satisfied with the results. Did not do much in post except adjust some contrast & brightness issues. I suck at color balancing anyway as B/W is generally my thing. Scanned on an EPSON V600 and let it do the work of balancing the color. These were mostly taken on a trip to COLORado in 2023. Needed to wait for B to finish their film and then run a batch of color, which is the reason for the long wait.
