I was struggling photographically when I shot this roll. I'd got back from Rwanda having had a great trip but with little to show in terms of pictures. Almost as soon as I'd hung these to dry, my enthusiasm evaporated and they were hanging for about three months. I took them down, but instread of putting them in sleeves, I left the uncut negatives taking their chances on an open surface in the house. My enthusiasm is back, but I've not attempted to clean these negatives as a reminder to myself of this fallow time.
