Hannah, 2022

Hannah visited me in the studio during spring of 2022. We hadn't seen each other in months since she moved to another country in order to take up her studies. I recently had come across a huge batch of expired slide film which has been decently stored as far as I can tell. In hindsight, I shouldn't've pushed the emulsion as it's exposure latitude dwindled even more but overall I am pretty pleased with the atmosphere it gives off. I'm really looking forward to experimenting a lot more with the rolls that sit in my freezer.

Many think of Oktoberfest first, a celebration of Bavarian culture. But Munich has a lot more to offer. With countless museums and this whole creative underground that most tourists miss. Step outside and it softens into green, with a scatter of parks offering space to pause.
