Second test roll with this little gem. Oh my, this little camera has me swooning. Everything I love in an image: sharp center, super wide angle, distortion in the corners, vignetting....everything the digital weenie boys obsess about endlessly and hate is exactly what I love. :D Anyway, the Ricoh R1 from the mid 90's...block the silly panorama gates and you can switch back and forth from 30mm wide to 24mm super wide with the flick of a switch. Fits in a shirt pocket, has a big enough strap hole to get a real piece of paracord through (well, I had to drill it just a little) and make a sweet wrist strap. Great ergonomics, great lens, small package, I'm totally pleased.
