Aww! Cute album! I noticed almost everyone was wearing a swimcap, is this normal there or just specific to that park/water park? Just curious. You don't see swimcaps here except for people who swim in sport events.

Hi, Yeah this rule annoys me, I come from the UK and the men don't wear swimming caps, but here in Taiwan it is the rule. I asked why do they have this rule and some people told me its because if you dont then the little hairs will go in the drains and create a problem. Other people told me thats what they wear in the Olympics. As this isnt really the culture in the UK everytime I wear my cap and look in the mirror I think.....oh what an idiot I look ha.

Taichung

Taichung is known for its pleasant climate and laid-back atmosphere. The city offers a rich mixture of urban living and access to nature, with Shei-Pa National Park and Gaomei Wetlands in close proximity. You can stroll along the Art Museum Parkway by day and when night falls experience the incredible Fengjia Night Market. Don’t forget to try the classic Taichung breakfast: stir-fried noodles with a bowl of pig’s blood soup. And of course, no meal is complete without a dash of Dongquan chili sauce – a local must-have!
