Casa Vizantina with leaks

Casa Vizantina is one of the oldest houses in the area.
It has stood for at least 150 years and is a great example of Spanish influence in the Philippines. In addition, the former owners were able to build the house because of the Galleon trade. Unfortunately, they will demolish the house due to its unstable nature and it has been inhabited with squatters.
