I am a Filipino American ex-pat living in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Concord, CA in the San Francisco Bay Area is my hometown and I was (and probably always will be) a Brooklynite for 7 years until I moved to Tashkent. People ask me , "Why Tashkent?" and my answer, "Why not." I don't know how long I will be here, but it certainly is a beautiful place to be.
