( A. Ostrovsky « L’orage »)
This place was dedicated to the very special ceremony of the "Bird Man". Every year, there was a contest on the island where the men who wanted this title must jump in the sea, swim to the little pointed rock, climb on the top of it, take an egg of a big sacred bird living there, and bring it back to the community. And just behind is the biggest and perfectly round shaped volcano called Orongo. A fascinating place!
I have been here so many times before, but I never get tired of seeing Calatrava's creations and taking pictures of it. That was my 1st ever try of Lomography CN 800 ISO film and I couldn't be more happy with it. Since this marvelous sunset above the City of Arts and Science, shooting during the golden hour of photography became a habit.
I have no idea that our doubles will be shown at @rehnholm exhibition called "SWAPS". A bit information of it is held at City Museum of Eskilstuna, Sweden and there he will show the results from the double-exposed pictures that he have done together with photographers from around the world during the last seven years. I am so honor to contribute on it. Thanks a bunch Ulf! ║ The first roll doubles project with @rehnholm, and actualy the second doubles album that I scanned without any overlapping exposure, lucky me!
