After shooting a film, take it into a dark room and open the film. Then sprinkle hot water filled with baking soda all around on the film, with flicking my fingers. Rewind it and put into a pan and pour water, and boiled it for about 5 minutes. Rinse and dry, and cross-deveop it. Done! This psychedelic result is not what I expected. I will cook some more anyway =)
Test roll of homemade redscale800 for 120.
Originally Kodak Portra800. About 30 seconds exposed.
Little bit under-exposed than I expected. Not so different from Lomography Redscale 50-200.
Color saturation and contrast are rich enough. Will test again.
I was living in Kyoto, one of the most popular area especially in autumn red leaves season, in my early twenties. But didin't know a lot about photography then. Since I started lomography my strong desire for KYOTO WITH LOMO has been geting bigger and bigger. ( I haven't seen any lomographs of Kyoto ever!) In this autumn I finally could visit there with LOMOs and enjoyed just one day lomowalk. Needed 3 days more at least! I had nice time anyway :)
I put this film into boiling water and let it boil for 4 minutes. I dried it off on in the sun for a few weeks and then shot it. Simple but quite like it :)
Sneaking up on birds in my backyard with a mega zoom. when i got tired/frustrated with those little fluttering bastards, i started chasing butterflies, bumblebees and (out of total desperation) some sheep. An occasional macaroon and kitty shot to finish off. a roll well spent :)

The cool thing about this album is that the film "Ektachrome 160 T" expired in June 1979!! My expectations were not much, but what a wonderful surprise in receiving these lovely retro looking prints from my first test roll. I'm so happy I have 4 more amazing rolls :)
