I'm literally just some guy lol.
Film photography seems to have chosen me- a family friend gave me her brother's Minolta SRT-101 that I'm pretty sure survived Vietnam, then a month or two later I found a Yashica MG-1 for sale at a coffee shop. By the time I'd shot enough test rolls to ensure they were working, I was hooked.
I like to lean into defects like film grain, lens flares, ghosting, etc., and I'm shooting B&W most of the time for that wonderful, high quality noise. I'm moved by finding niche cultural artifacts like strange objects in resale stores, eccentric coffee shops, and that sort of thing.
Almost all processing and scanning done by State Film Lab.
