5 years. That’s all this 30+ year old block of flats have left before it gets torn down to make way for an expressway. Instead of using normal color film or slides, I decided to use the Lomography Redscale XR 50-200 ASA film with my recently acquired used Nikon F601 and the Tonkina 20-35mm wide angle lens to capture the memory of the place. Why this film? First, I like the results of this film when rated at ISO 50. Second, I think it suits the subject better.
This beach is a paradise, the water is so clear.. Tried to shoot with Krab and LC-Wide ..this are the best shots out of 3 rolls. I´m very happy with the results!
from my research I knew that Evora was considered to be one of the most beautiful towns in Portugal. So we investigated. And it was! we so loved it that decided to stay overnight.
Sorry, these are scanned with a VERY BAD SCANNER, the printed pictures are much better.. but I can't find a good place to get my rolls processed here.. and it's impossible to find a place for slide films..
But well, this is Saltillo, my new city since september
