  • Behind my Face...

    shared by vas_vas on 2010-08-03

Behind my face, below my hair, between my ears and just above my throat / There is a factory. But it is upside down. / It's working fine though. / It is big and busy. / All the machines inside are powerful, precise, robust, fast and efficient. / The stuff is skilled, well organized and working day and night. / Its products are the finest on the market. / But there is one flaw: Since the factory is standing on its head / The products it produces are also upside down. / Hence they are useless. / Therefore no one needs or wants them. / And therefore they are labeled "ART".

During my trip to Copenhagen I also took the train to see the famous Louisiana Museum of Modern Art a bit north of Copenhagen. It's a great place and you should definitely go there if you are in Copenhagen. This will be my last album with images shot with the Hasselblad, but I have some more images taken with the LCA and the Diana ;-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.analogue-love.com -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I like the way this double came out. Took a portrait of the park security guard during my recent visit to Luneta using a roll previosuly exposed with art collages. It's a lovely surpirse!

This sculpture of Inang Bayan (motherland) has become my favorite. Took several shots of it in the past. In my recent visit to Luneta, I took two shots of it using a roll I previously exposed with art collages. Love the resulting doubles.

Experimented on mixing-up bodies of Japanese youth fashionistas creating ultra eclectic fashion style collages. Textured my shots with the chaotic order in Basquiat art. Wild mind is such a creative force.
