Trip to Japan #6, Day 3 - Marunouchi House is also a great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious dessert—either at the counter or out on the lush terrace (though it was raining a bit). The bar staff were really friendly! Great cocktails, too. It was a lovely time to chat with @yokosima and snap a few more photos.
This collection is a chronicle of light and decay. Captured on the mechanical soul of a Canon A-1, these frames are the result of a gamble with time: Ferrania Solaris 100, aged and weathered long past its prime. In the late summer heat of Hala Gąsienicowa, the mountains didn't just bloom; they vibrated. The expired emulsion acted as a prism, shifting the violet of the flowers and the granite grey of the Tatras into a dreamscape of "shifted" reality. The colors are no longer mere pigments—they are memories distorted by years of waiting inside a canister. These photographs are a silent prayer for the simple life of the highlanders—a life measured by the sun's arc rather than the ticking of a clock. In the grain of the film, there is a raw, unyielding beauty; a longing for a world that remains as steadfast as the peaks themselves. Kazimierz Przerwa-Tetmajer "Pozdrowienie" - From above the Vistula’s waves flies a spring, cool wind, it flies toward my land into the distance, toward the snowy peaks of the Tatras. Wind! Over the hills, the fields, carry my greeting from here, greet my family village and the Dunajec’s current. The roadside willows, the spruce forest, every flower in the gardens, and all the meadows greet at once, and the people from all the huts. And to those snowy rocks turn, toward the ponds, the mountain pastures rush, and greet for me a thousand times my entire mountain land...

A candid shot of a child’s purest joy; looking up, a silhouette of towering buildings and iron window lattices; looking down, back alleys where washing machines and scooters stand side by side. The beauty of Taiwan’s humanity and scenery lies in this warmth where chaos and order coexist. As light pierces through the haze, it carves sharp outlines onto the cool-toned film. These are the moments we truly breathe and live in---the most authentic essence of Taiwan. #Lomography #Tiger200 #StreetPhotography#UrbanAesthetic #TaiwanStreet #FilmCommunity #AnaloguePhotography #DailyTaiwan #AuthenticLiving #TaiwanVibes #台灣感性 #街拍 #110film
In May 2024, we spent Ascension weekend in Turin. Third album dedicated to Turin (after #255 and #296), featuring street photography, and also the sequel to album #255, with shots of the famous 500 track on the roof of the former FIAT headquarters. And it's always a pleasure to use #Sunbath film, for the first time with my old Praktica IV.
