If I compare the world these kids live in with my world it's like beeing on a different planet. But everybody was keen to be photographed - and later on a bit disapointed that the camera had no display to see the photo. Film is not always cool stuff.*gg*
Kolmannskop the German city in the Namib dessert in Namibia. Build to last with all comfort available at the end of the 18th century. For me a symbol of German megalomania but a great place to take fotos. The site was restored in the early 1980th so it is a mixture of a ruin and tourist attraction.
