When I tell people I still shoot film they often ask ‘Isn’t that expensive?’ They assume that digital is cheaper because there is no subsequent cost of buying and developing film. But what people forget is the depreciation in the cost of their digital photographic equipment and the sheer quality of film.
I got an old LC-A so I could use low ISO films and I just loved it. I don't know if it's me but I noticed quite a difference on the lens. Most of this pictures were taken at ISO 25 or 50. Last warm days of the year, fall time is here.
this is my first ever bw film on lc-a. and my first self-developement // I shot this film very quickly in the lunch break. just was going to shoot the test roll for the test development. finally it was a lucky lunch break for me.
画面的组合没有达到预期的效果!不过色彩的感觉倒是我很吃惊。这就是Lomo和胶片的魅力:)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A combination of the screen did not achieve the desired effect! But the bright colors I was very pleasantly surprised. 【LOMO and the film's charm】
First try on a Fuji Provia 400RHP which expired in 2007. Used it on a day with my friend Kathy and her kids at the Old Point Loma lighthouse in San Diego, CA. I like the blue tones of this slide film.
We were getting too cold, so I left with three shots left on the roll. I finished the roll using sparklers, a lighter and the Diana flash.

Some things are better done personally. We are spoilt for choice of scanners as there are many brands, models, functions to choose from. Also, photo and film scanners are quite expensive. But I chose this… EPSON Perfection V330.
