My name is Lucas, I am 20 years old and I am from Uruguay.
I recently had the interesting idea of ​​starting to upload some photos that I take during my daily life, and since Lomography is a great site I decided that this would be the right place.

At the beginning of the year I was finally able to buy my first camera, a wonderful Olympus SP-810UZ. It had already been used quite a bit since I bought it second-hand, and I also noticed that its photo quality was going down every time and that affected it a little.

In the same way, I knew how to take advantage of it and take spectacular photographs, and thanks to this I was able to get my wonderful Nikon D3000. It is not the best camera in the world, but it was a very good option, and today I have no regrets.

I think it will be my companion for a long time, where I will portray beautiful memories and moments that I will want to relive in the future, in addition to my taste for nature and animals (maybe I will also upload something about structures that I find interesting). I hope you will join me on this long and beautiful path that i'm going to travel :)

Update: After starting in photography with the Olympus SP-810UZ, I got a Nikon D3000 with which I took some photos, and now I was able to upgrade the equipment to a Sony a6000. A great improvement without a doubt, and I will try to take advantage of it as much as possible. I feel excited about this new beginning.
