I shot thousands of photos in 2017 but none were so planned and took so long to make as this large format one. Under the guidance of @montagu the framing was carefully picked, the 4x5 camera was meticulously adjusted to get straigth lines, the light was carefully mesured at different spots and directions were given to the model @edwardconde to get an image that is exactly how it was planned. Developing and scanning were done by Montagu. Thank you Monty for all you shared with us on the Residency Week and thank you guys and girls who take the time to visit my Lomo Home. I haven't been out hiking for months because I injured my foot somehow (old age comes to mind). Luckily I have rolls from the early spring on to live vicariously with. Arista Edu 400, shot with an R25 filter, stand developed in Blazinal 1+100 for 1 hour.

Elvis Presley had curved his name to be forever remembered by generations of rock and roll fans - being known to be 'The King.' With his good looks and ability to sing, dance and act, he charmed millions of fans worldwide through his music records, live concerts and movies he made during his lifetime. This cultural icon was a true performer of all things and definitely a heartthrob who enjoyed strong following among crazed women. This album is a tribute to Elvis with two additional layers of Basquiat graffiti art and street vignettes.
