  • Holy redscale!

    shared by buckshot on 2015-01-24

First time shooting doubles with redscale. Bit random, but turned out good enough to try this again sometime.

First test roll with a Pentax SF7 bought from a charity store for £10 (the battery for it cost me £11.50!) and a Pentax SMC 50mm f1.7 prime lens bought on eBay for £35. The 'shrunken world' concept for this album was inspired by this great shot here: http://goo.gl/r73Rv

    shared by buckshot on 2014-08-09

Diplopia, commonly known as double vision, is the simultaneous perception of two images of a single object that may be displaced horizontally, vertically, diagonally (i.e. both vertically and horizontally), or rotationally in relation to each other. (Wikipedia). Further visual experimentation with my homemade splitzer for the LC-Wide — see tipster here: http://www.lomography.com/homes/buckshot/albums/2008521-inspired-by-you-know-whodachrome/photos/19411412

  • Panorama EBS at Stonehenge #1

    shared by buckshot on 2013-02-02

I woke really early and drove 100km to be at the ancient, mystical ruins of Stonehenge by sunrise. It was a frigid morning (3°C) with a bitter wind, but at least it was clear, with plenty of sunshine. I approached the 'exposing both sides' (EBS) technique the same way as described in my first panorama EBS album here: http://goo.gl/ChwbE The only difference was that I had a changing bag with me this time, so I could flip the film onsite from the redscale side (which I shot first) back to the normal side. I froze my ass off out there, but I think it was worth it for these results. Hope you like 'em too...! :-)
