Expose lower half first, and set a tripod upside down and expose upper half in the same way as 1st shot.
To turn tripod 180 degrees, I used two panheads.
About 10 seconds each. Using a cable release and black adhesive tape (to mask the light sensor of LC-A+). Vivid blue or purple colours are by trucks decorated with light bulbs. Needed patience and concentration...

It's a bird! ... No, it's a plane! ... Hey wait, is that a dog? Uh-huh, looks like it is one jumping (or flying) in the air! And in this fancy moment, why not take a Lomograph? Make it redscale, too! (POTD 04.16.12)
for this film i used three color filters. for first layer green filter (2 stops down). for second layer blue filter (1 stop down). and third filter red filter (3 stops down). uh little bit hard to metering it succesfully... but i like the results soooo much! :)
The old man is Plinio Arruda Sampaio, who was the socialist candidate for president of Brazil in 2010. His an awesome person, an example of faith in the future and a 82 year lifetime dedicated to the cause of the poor, workers and peasants. And then some street shots and unknown people. This is the forst time i used the lomo earl grey iso 100. I liked a lot! But it´s a slow filme, hard to use in low light conditions!
In my last trip to Río de Janeiro, i was visiting the Lomography Gallery store, in the early morning, thinking about making a swap with someone, when i met this adorable guy @nerdy_pirate, who shares his work mainly on flickr. We made a lomowalk between Leblon, walking through Rocinha and another favelas... was a really nice experience. The only bad thing was that the airport scanner damages the film and only i could rescue 7 or 8 photos, and the scanning process was very, very difficult :(. Anyway, i hope you enjoy this, as i did! The "chilean" part was shot mainly in Viña del Mar, and also in the Safari Zoo, in Rancagua city.

This is a beach 160km away from Fortaleza (my hometown in Brazil, I went there for the holidays).
Beautiful landscape and I love the colors. I had so much fun there and got back finally with a decent tan.

Aerochrome expired 2011. EIR expired 2002. With the Aerochrome I used red, orange and yellow filters. With the EIR I stuck to Orange. Strange I got more saturated colours with the 10 year old film.

This was not what I was expecting. I used a new Holga and on new holgas the shadow/sunny switch actually works. I am not used to check this as all my holgas have only one setting (they have the switch, but it does not change a thin). I shot the redscale side in 'sunny', it should have been on shady. I saw it and for the normal side I shot it on shady.
I went to a photostore I visit once a year. The shop was closing down and I asked if they had any filters for sale. They sold all filters at 5euros a piece. So I got some weird stuff like this 'Orbit Spectra Filter" and prism filters and soft image filters and a lot of colored gradients. All by the long gone famous B+W brand.
