  APS film texture double exposure. Exposed a whole roll of Agfa Star 200 on a wall while I was on a walk, then I reloaded the film and exposed it again during that walk and another. Made for kind of a cool effect I think.

  Captured on a trusty Canon Autoboy II loaded with Ilford HP5 400, these photos bring out the understated charm of Santiago in black and white. From delicate fruit clusters peeking through leafy branches to sharp lines of modern architecture, each image reveals a different side of city life. What I love when shooting with the Canon Autoboy II is how the most simplistic details become magical-morning sun crawling around concrete corners, silhouettes of a building against the sky, or glisten of newly formed fruits under shifting light. It’s through this analog lens that the streets and nature of Santiago come alive in monotones, reminding us at times, less color sometimes translates to more depth.
