I was introduced to her by some friends and it was love at first sight. I knew I had to make her mine. So I took her out in the countryside in the late summer sun to get to know her better. As we walked I realised I didn't even know her name, so she leaned in close and whispered....Aerochrome.
What a nice walk! Too bad the sun didn't shine, at least it didn't rain. But there were heavy clouds, so I shot a lot against the sun behind the clouds ... hence the mixture of under- and overexposure. Should have used a higher ASA :-(
This church sits all shimmering in its whiteness behind Madrids's famous Museo del Prado. Unfortunately did not have time to explore it further, and don't even know its name.
Underexposed multi layered photo. I can imagine there is a true sense of wonder and isolation soaring above the clouds in a baloon looking down on Earth. There are a lot of reasons this lomograph is one of my favorites. It is my most popular lomograph. It is a double exposure and I love doubles. I also love hot air balloons and hope to one day ride in one.
When we get comfortable with modern digital cameras or with the Diana F+ 120 film format and then start using the 35 mm back for the Diana F+, most of the times we have a hard time getting the framing right and knowing what will come out on the negative/slide.
