The final print is important, but I enjoy the journey to it and it is crucial for me. In this case, I prefer a beautiful analogue detour rather than a digital instant way.
The film photography will teach you patience. After a years of digital I also started to shoot on film. So here you can find some of my homedev analogue pictures.
I think everyone can press the shutter button. It's not difficult to learn how to set up a camera properly. It's not that difficult to develop film. It's a time/money consuming craft I love to do, and that's why I really appreciate those who can do a great job in front of the lens. And I would also like to say that the work of a portrait photographer lies in something other than the technical side of photography.
