First camera I picked up was a hand-me down Yashica Electro 35 when I was in high school. Ever since then I fell in love with photography. I learned to take pictures in a old fashion way. Then I moved to another hand down me Canon AE-1, later on with a Canon 500N. With the advancement of technology, I bowed to pressure to purchase a DSLR. What I found was that the images created using DSLR are too perfect. Perfectly exposed, perfectly focused. They are just too perfect.
One day, someone showed me some Lomography images, I was blown away with the beauty of the images. These images are not perfect, in fact, some of them are quite "ugly", but they captivated me, there's something graceful about them. Thus, started my journey of Lomography.
"Grace makes beauty out of ugly things."
