Note: the New Moscow mayor (Sergey Sobyanin) was famous for its different actions among the locals, but the most (currently) controversial is a wholesale demolition of small shops (kiosks) small business on Moscow streets and in the subways That became a nightmare for him, and grief for both sellers and very many, often elderly, customers. And also, caused a lot of disputes and disagreements (about the correctness of the action of the mayor) among the population.
