After my arrival from Courum to Ankara on 19th May of 2021. I have send all of my gear to a friend of mine who does camera repair which I have mentioned before. So I stopped taking pictures for an unknown period of time. One day I got a mail from one of my friend who lives in England. He have mentioned that he will going to send me couple rolls of film before and took my address. It was a really big box and I couldn't believe when I have opened it. There was a Leica IIIF and a new Voigtlander lens inside it's box. And couple rolls of film like he mentioned before. He had sent 2x agfa apx100, 1x konica impresa 2004 expired 50iso film and 1x Kodak TMAX 3200iso film. I was really shocked about this new update on my gear as you can expect. This friend of mine who is an analog photographer located at England was a guy who does serious art photography for 20+ years. He was (and still is) like a mentor to me. He knew that I bought the soviet m39 rangefinder cameras because I really like the barnack design and my goal was back then to master the rangefinder usage and then after 2 years of soviet rangefinder usage save some money to buy a IIIF. He knew my dream and my birthday was on June so this lad literally made my wish come true. Enough of this backstory after this arrival I have take one roll of apx and shot this test roll. He bought this specific IIIF from an auction (a popular thing in England) where people bet on LOT's and buy lots of different things such as vintage cameras too. He quickly checked the camera and make sure he was buying a working one after he told me. He was totally right. All of the pictures came really good. No light leak. Not a single problem on any mechanical part. p.s.I still sent this camera on a CLA later on. These old camera's needs some care. If you own one please spend some money for them and not abuse them God damn it!!! Anyways this repair story is for another roll
It was my first time to join a photowalk ever! We challenged ourselves and took photos with the theme "Portraits". this was my first photowalk last October 2019 at the Quezon Memorial Circle. Such a great experience!
My first roll for the Indisposable Concept Project. I'm surprised that the indoor shots didn't come out well considering it was an ASA800 film. Will do better in my next disposable cam... hopefully ;)
